Unless otherwise specified, all products advertised on this website are new, factory sealed models. All orders placed with our web site are subject to "Terms and Conditions" of Purchase. By placing the order with Pro Dj Cases you agree with terms and policies for Returns, Shipping and Pricing.

Pro DJ Case is committed to your satisfaction as a valued customer and we strive to provide high-quality customer care and service. We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. All credit card orders are shipped to the billing address of the credit card. For your protection and ours, every 3rd party shipment requires that our processor contact your credit card company for verification.

Pro DJ Case uses the latest in encryption technology and secured servers to ensure your personal information is secure and confidential. Your order is secured with the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) 128-bit encryption standard. SSL provides you with the freedom to shop online without the fear that your credit card information is being stolen.

We thoroughly investigate the validity of each credit card and will assist the authorities in prosecuting all fraudulent transactions.

If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.

Pro DJ Case reserves the right to cancel or delay any order at its own discretion for any reason including unverified or erroneous billing, 3rd party shipment not affiliated with the cardholder’s details or if an item has been discontinued. ProDJCases does accept credit cards issued in countries outside of the United States, although every single international order will have to pass second level merchant verification if merchant services cannot obtain Address verification.

Shipping:

Pro DJ Case will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products it sells in a timely manner. 50% of all orders we receive are processed the same week, assuring you of prompt delivery. Merchandise in stock will usually ship within same week of order receipt. Some items displayed may not be in stock at the time of order, but we'll make it in timely manner. In certain cases, like custom or unusual orders, production usually take 3-4 weeks or for some custom items more than 4-7 weeks, due to procurement of materials and/or additional required production time.

Damaged Items:

Items damaged during shipping need to be reported within 3 business days of arrival. Any claims after this period will be refused.

Returns:

All items carry a 30-day exchange guarantee on most of the items. You must contact us with the order number and images showing the reason of return in order to receive a Return Authorization number. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning your item. Items shipped without an RA number will be refused. Any item found defective upon arrival will be exchanged under warranty; please look at Damaged item section. All items returned must be in perfect condition, exhibit no damages or other cosmetic damage and show no signs of wear. All original documentation and materials including, but not limited to warranty cards, instruction manuals and connecting cables must be included for timely refund, exchange or credit. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returns. If you cancel an order and the item has not been shipped, a full refund will be applied to your account. If you want to return the order, you have to ship back the item. Pro DJ Cases does not refund Shipping charges on the initial purchase, since shipping is not part of our production.

To start the return claim you need to support full images of the problem. Please email us all your concerns on images together with supporting letter, showing the reason of the return.

Minor scratches or marks on the cases are normal part of the production, due to core materials and workshop environment.

Hardware is chosen to suite applications and case design; we are not responsible for fashionable details.

Colors options for the case you're ordering are welcome, however, we are not responsible for stock of all colors. We depend on color availability on the market. If we cannot manufacture the color that you need we will substitute it with color of our stock. Our handmade Flightcases are items for transport and protection, not fashionable items. Different color won't make the case stronger. We will give our best to find all colors on the market, however we don't guarantee all color laminates are available on the market.

We will not exchange items if the reason is minor scratches / tone of color / color options / or production related marks; as you're buying the flight cases (items that are thrown, kicked and scratched on the airports and elsewhere). ISOBOX, Custom furniture consoles, plasma screen cases are not refundable, once you placed the order you agree to terms of production related to this items and no refund/cancellation policy.

We will accept return if the item is completely wrong size, or obvious mistake. Definition of completely wrong size if the case is smaller than the item OR if the case is bigger than 7 inches on any side that's wrong case. Differences of gaps (cases bigger than actual item) 0.5 inch, less than 1 inch, 2inch, 3-7 inches will be refoamed on customers request, but not returned.

We strongly enforce reporting to ALL Credit Bureaus, all the transactions that are charge backed. If we cannot reasonably mediate return, we will report total amount of restock fee + shipping fee + chargeback fee + any additional fee we are charged with.

Taxes:

There is a sales tax charge of 7.75% added to all orders in the state of CA.

VAT tax is included in European orders.

Price:

All prices for North America orders are in USD. All prices from Europe and UK are in EUR.

While we do our best to check for errors, mistakes may occur. ProDJCases will not be held responsible for any typographical errors in specifications / design changes, pricing or price changes. Actual specifications, images, weight, and prices of the products shown are subject to change without notice. Prices good until superseded by subsequent publications.
